Shipping & Delivery Charges

Domestic shipping within Pakistan is free. For international orders, shipping charges are based on destination and shipment weight, and will be communicated to you directly on whatsapp. Please note that the listed product price does not include any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees applicable to international deliveries — these are the customer's responsibility and are payable directly to the courier or relevant customs authority upon delivery.

Delivery Timelines

We aim to dispatch and deliver every order within the timeframes stated on our website or communicated at the time of order confirmation. Ready-to-wear pieces are typically dispatched faster than made-to-order or custom-stitched pieces, which require additional production time. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delays caused by our courier partners or other circumstances beyond our control (such as raw material availability or unforeseen production issues) may occasionally occur. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Customers ordering for delivery outside Pakistan may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges imposed by the destination country. All FaizaMariaOfficial garments are recommended for dry clean only, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
