All prices on this website are displayed and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Yes. All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for at your address, it is no longer covered.

We are committed to the highest quality workmanship. We do not offer returns or exchanges under standard conditions. However, a conditional exchange in the form of store credit may be offered if the product received is faulty in quality or workmanship, provided you inform us within 48 hours of receipt. Customised orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
